Vision Train, painting by Amanda Sage
Amanda Sage leads a drawing exploration of active and collective prayer.
The Vision Train is an interactive art movement, built by connecting prayers
manifested into inspired visions for the future.
Young or Old, we are all dreamers with a vision and everyone is invited to get on board and share.
We are reminded that we are all uniquely important and that each of us has a role to play.

Join Alex and Allyson at CoSM for October’s Art Church
to expand our perceptions of the natural world.
Throughout history, great artists have immersed themselves in God’s Nature Field and shared their unique painterly portrayal. Van Gogh channeled the rhythms of the cosmos in his brushstrokes. Georgia O’Keefe revealed the mystery of the Divine Feminine in a flower. Fredrick Church demonstrated the majesty and power of the waterfalls and exquisite beauty of our region, becoming a 20th century master of the Hudson River School, the first art movement developed by American painters trained in Europe.
Lake George Autumn, by Georgia O'Keeffe, 1927 Oil on canvas.
Explore and share your unique relationship to God’s greatest creation and the sacredness of Mother Nature’s womb by portraying your impression of the splendor of fall colors. We will first saturate our vision with a look at both Eastern and Western artistic representations of elemental regenerative forces. Creative souls at every level of artistic experience (or with no experience at all) are welcome to draw at the “wellspring of imagination.”
